BOO! Halloween is this weekend and there are so many fun and spooky things to do in our area. Scroll through the newsletter to see them all!

When we think of food and Halloween, the first things that come to mind are the sweet flavors of chocolate, pumpkin, and any kind of candy your mind can conjure.

Our friends at Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company have something different in mind... something savory. They have created a dish using New Belgium Brewing Company’s Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA that reflects the savory side of Halloween, with a seasonal flavor profile and an ooey-gooey comfort food vibe that makes a fitting celebration of All Hallow's Eve.

Fuel up with this warm and hearty Beer & Cheddar Soup using Vermont Farmstead Alehouse Cheddar and Voodoo Ranger’s Imperial IPA for a spooky, scary, skeleton’s meal before trick or treating with the kids or hitting up that costume party. Having a night in? Stay home and enjoy the soup while passing out candy to costumed revelers and watching your favorite Halloween movies. I highly recommend picking up some delicious, crusty bread from Earth Sky Time in Manchester to dip into the cheesy goodness!

Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company cheeses add more fun and flavor to the table, whether you’re leveling-up your picnic game, composing a swanky charBOOterie board for Halloween, or just digging out of the sandwich doldrums.
